"I just wanted to express how impressed I am with your employee, Mr. Rich White. I had never used White Hall Plumbing before, but our regular plumber (Ron Bollinger) did not feel up to the task I was calling about, and suggested I go with your company instead. For that, I am extremely grateful.
Prior to Mr. White's visit to my mother's house to assess her lack of water, I had warned you that he was walking into a very difficult situation. The house is over 150 years old, in complete disrepair, and my mother(while very nice) is a hoarder who has recently begun slipping mentally. I was unsure how long she had gone without running water, and I was very impressed with White Hall Plumbing's quick response in sending out a plumber. Then I me Mr. White, and was instantly positive that he was up to this task, both emotionally and skill wise.

Mr. White treated my mother with extreme dignity, ignored (or hid it well!), his shock at the condition of the house, and went right about solving the problem. At one point, he had to shimmy through a very tight space to access the basement and, like everything else he did, he took it in stride and acted as if this was a "normal" plumbing visit.

I simply cannot tell you how impressed I was with his positive attitude, his gentle approach with my mother, and his ability to communicate information to me in a timely fashion. I am sold- White Hall Plumbing is now our go-to company for any water issues.
